The wonderful sensory experience with yoga on a SUP board out on the water is invigorating and challenging for your balance and core, a great way to find your inner and outer strength, a way to forget your perhaps hectic everyday life, and a really effective way to get help to find inner peace, balance and concentration.
There will be a short intro on land. On the water, you paddle to a perfect place for the SUP Yoga teaching and drop anchor, the yoga teaching on the board will start with positions where the center of gravity is low, for little by little in a flow to develop into standing positions, and finally a horizontal sequence.
The teaching will be organized so that everyone will be able to participate, regardless of experience with yoga or not.
Bring swimwear (possibly inside) towel and water bottle.

The first time there will be very thorough explanations of technique and the practical tricks. In the last lessons, more and more challenging asanas (positions) will be woven into the yoga program on the board.
Each time there will be time for a wonderful, gentle and calm ending with a focus on all the senses out on the water in the beautiful nature.
An extra reserve date has been entered in case the weather (wind conditions) one of the days is not for SUP Yoga.

The teaching will be organized so that everyone will be able to participate, regardless of experience with yoga or not.
Price: 300, - for 1.5 hours incl. SUP board, paddle, anchor, wetsuit, windbreaker and life jacket. (min. 5 participants, max .: 12 participants)
Experience a unique SUP experience with both Stand Up Paddle and SUP Yoga in the same event.
In turn, there will be an intro to Stand Up Paddle and SUP Yoga, get a good feel for SUP and then SUP Yoga teaching.
Price: 550, - for 2.5 hours incl. Stand Up Paddleboard, paddle, anchor, wetsuit, windbreaker, life jacket and 2 instructors. (min. 8 participants, max .: 25 participants)
