Held as a starting point from Aalborg Sailing Club, but can be moved to, for example, Nordens Kridtgrav (Hasseris Kridtgrav) if there is too much wind.

Description of Stand Up Paddle introduction

Beginner course in SUP - Get introduced to a Stand Up Paddleboard. Our trained instructors allow you to experience SUP in a safe way, as well as learn the basic techniques.

You get an overview of safety and technology. We also guide you in choosing a board and give you inspiration on how SUP can be made even more accessible. You will be inspired, as well as have a fun and safe experience on the water.

Introductory courses take place on calm and protected water.

Information

Included in the price is the rental of Stand Up Paddleboard, wetsuit, neoprene shoes and life jacket, but you are welcome to bring your own equipment.

Requirements to participate are that you must be able to swim. We create the framework for a good day 🙂

We can also arrange your own SUP event on the Limfjord, Kridtgraven in Hasseris, Løgstør and on Mariager Fjord or if you have another wish for locations, you are welcome to contact us.

Description of Stand Up Paddle introduction (Level 2)

To be able to participate in SUP Intro2, you must have completed SUP Intro or have experience with the basic techniques on Stand Up Paddleboard.

SUP level 2 is a superstructure on the intro course. Here you get the opportunity to improve your technique and be introduced to new exercises and games. In a safe environment you will be challenged on your balance and feeling with the board through exercises and games. You will also have the opportunity to work more in depth with techniques in paddle roofing and board control. It is the obvious opportunity to learn more about SUP, as well as to have fun on the water with the instructor and the other participants.
