Our Well-being course is aimed at classes, teams, girls 'or boys' groups and more, where the purpose is to achieve increased well-being for larger or smaller groups.

The elective subject Outdoor life can, for example, include sea kayaking, mountain biking, Stand Up Paddleboard, canoeing, cooperation in the forest, cooking in the forest, tree climbing, wall climbing and, for example, accommodation with one or more of the activities.

The activities are of course dependent on the season as well as weather and wind.

An elective can vary in number of hours, depending on your needs.

The elective Water activities can include sea kayaking, Stand Up Paddleboard, canoeing, Open Water swimming, winter swimming and can also include an overnight trip.

We hold both survival trips and adventure trips. They can be held as shorter or longer courses, both in North Jutland, Denmark or abroad.

Examples:

Hammer Bakker with cooking over a campfire, accommodation in shelters or tents, as well as various activities to suit the target group.

Rold Skov with hiking, setting up camp, cooking over a campfire, night running and various challenges.

 

A weekly course for young people who need a boost of their self-esteem, have anxiety about presentations or generally have difficulty expressing their opinion.

The course can also be adapted for students who are not ready for education.

The course is offered in collaboration with AO Coaching

 

We organize and carry out professional challenges in the forest. It can, for example, be a specific subject and topic, where the teaching contains activities and assignments for the topic.

Our courses can advantageously be interdisciplinary. The course can also be done in collaboration with the institution.

It can be, for example, GPS races, Walkie Talkie races, maps / compasses, star races or something completely different, which can include school subjects (eg biology, physics, mathematics, Danish, history, English, German, social studies)

Take a trip with the class or the whole year group. We arrange tours in Denmark and Norway for larger or smaller groups.

For example:

Canoe trip at Silkeborg with accommodation and activities along the way.

Adventure trip to Norway with activities such as rock climbing, rafting, rappelling and much more.
