The mountain bike trail in Kongshøj Skov is 7.5 kilometers and with approx. 230 altitude meters. The track is one-way singletrack. It is a track for everyone and has a good flow, which can also challenge the experienced mtb riders. There is good signage all around. The track can be used all year round.

Kongshøj Skov is located about 7 kilometers from Aalborg Centrum and is a forest area with views around the track.
